Eating right
If you eat right, you'll reduce your risk of colon,
rectum, stomach, and uterine cancer. Symptoms are
changes in bowel or bladder habits, abnormal
vaginal/rectal bleeding, or cramps.
Plan of action: Eat low fat and low cholesterol
foods, more fresh fruit, vegetables, and high-fiber
grains. Eat fruits and vegetables rich in vitamin A
and C.
